Latvian alphabet: part 1

The Latvian alphabet uses Roman letters - not all of them, only 22 (Q, W, X, and Y are not included). Another 11 letters have symbols above or below the letter, so called "diacritic marks". Diacritic marks change the way you pronounce the letter. Please look through the alphabet and listen to the audio examples. Note that many words are almost the same in English, so it's only a matter of pronunciation when you start speaking Latvian ;)
